Scott Saxberg, Director,(Chairman)

Mr. Saxberg has over eighteen years experience in the oil and gas industry and is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Crescent Point Resources Ltd., the operating subsidiary of Crescent Point Energy Trust. Since 2001, Mr. Saxberg has served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Crescent Point Resources Ltd. and was the Vice President, Operations and a founding shareholder of Crescent Point Energy Ltd. prior to its conversion into Crescent Point Energy Trust in September, 2003.


Mr. Saxberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.  Mr. Saxberg is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.


Greg Bay, Director, President and CEO of Cypress Capital Management Ltd.

Mr. Bay is a founding partner, President and CEO of Cypress Capital Management Ltd.

Established in 1998 and acquired by AGF Management in 2004, Cypress Capital manages more than $4.0 billion in assets.


Mr. Bay is a portfolio manager for various private client accounts and several specialized institutional portfolios including the Enervest Diversified Income Trust. Mr. Bay brings with him over 25 years of experience in the investment industry with emphasis on the oil and gas sector. From 1992 to 1998, he was a managing partner at M.K. Wong & Associates (now HSBC Asset Management Canada Ltd.). Prior to that, Mr. Bay held positions with National Trust, Royal Trust, Nesbitt Thomson and Rhodes Denton.


Mr. Bay has a bachelor of Commerce and Finance degree and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder.


Stuart Clark, Director

Mr. Clark is a retired businessman and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Clark is a director and Chairman of Storm Exploration Inc. Prior to August 2002, Mr. Clark was a director and Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Storm Energy Inc. ("SEI") from November 1998 to November 2001, when he assumed the office of Executive Director until August 2002. Mr. Clark was also a director and Chairman of Focus Energy Trust from its inception in July 2002 until it was sold to Enerplus Energy Trust in February 2008. Mr. Clark has also served as a director and Chairman of Rock Energy Inc. from January 2004 to present. Mr. Clark was a director and Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle Resources Ltd., a publicly traded oil and gas company listed on the TSX and the Montreal Exchange, prior to its acquisition by Renaissance Energy Ltd. in July 1998. Mr. Clark also serves as a director of a number of private companies.


Ian Fergusson, CA, CFA

Mr. Fergusson is Senior Vice President of Camcor Capital Inc. ("Camcor"). Camcor is a private equity fund manager specializing in equity investments in the oil and gas exploration and production industry. Prior to joining Camcor, Mr. Fergusson was employed with Coopers & Lybrand for four years in their Calgary, Alberta and Sydney, Australia offices.


Mr. Fergusson received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honors) in 1993 from the University of Calgary with a double major in finance and accounting. Subsequently, he received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1996 and his Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA") designation in 2001.


Keith MacDonald, Director

Mr. MacDonald has over 28 years of diverse oil and gas experience. From December 2006 to August 2008, Mr. MacDonald was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Venturion Natural Resources Limited, a private oil and gas exploration and production corporation, and since August 2008 he has served as Executive Chairman of Venturion. Prior to founding Venturion, from December 1998 to September 2003, Mr. MacDonald was the initial founder and President and Chief Executive Officer of Monolith Oil Corp. Prior thereto, Mr. MacDonald was a founder of and President of Storm Energy Corporation from 1994 to 1997.


Mr. MacDonald graduated from McMaster University in 1980 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.


Robert G. Peters, Director

Mr. Peters is currently the President of Black Diamond Land & Cattle Co., a private company with interests in real estate development, ranching and energy investments. Until 2002, Mr. Peters was the Chairman of Peters & Co. Limited, an energy investment company headquartered in Calgary, which he founded in 1971.


Steve Moran, President and CEO, Director

Mr. Moran has over 25 years of oil and gas experience with an emphasis on land negotiations and corporate planning. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Moran was the President of Big Echo, a private oil & gas exploration company, which he co-founded. Prior to forming Big Echo, from 1998 to 2003, Mr. Moran was Vice President, Land of Monolith Oil Corp., a private oil and gas Corporation he co-founded under the initiative of Mr. Keith MacDonald. From its single equity issue of $2.3 million in1999, Monolith grew to a production level greater than 3000 BOE/d, when it was sold to Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd. in 2003.


From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Moran was Land Manager of Ulster Petroleums Ltd. Prior to joining Ulster, Mr. Moran was Land Manager of Anderson Exploration Ltd., where he held positions of increasing responsibilities from 1990 to 1997. Prior to joining Anderson, Mr. Moran consulted during the founding and start-up of Petrocorp Canada (later renamed Fletcher Challenge Canada). Mr. Moran began his career in the land department at Dome Petroleum in 1985 (later acquired by Amoco Canada), where he remained until 1990.


Mr. Moran graduated from Acadia University in 1985 with Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and was a member of the Acadia University national football championship team in 1981. Mr. Moran is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen.
