Currently we do not take reservations on the website. PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE. For your safety, your arrival and check-in is done with 100% Contact-less protocols.
We are available via TELEPHONE during regular business hours, six (6) days a week. Give us a call if we are not in the office, and we are glad to help you.

For nightly or weekly stays, we require a 72-hour notice of cancellation, or your advance deposit will be forfeited. A Cancellation fee of $25.00 will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds or camping credits due to acts of nature. Site preference is noted on reservation but not guaranteed. No refunds given on any month-to-month sites. We assure you that will do our best to honor your site preference; however, on occasion events beyond our control prevent our ability to do so. We reserve the right to adjust, alter, or raise rates without prior notification.

Month-to-month stays require a one-time deposit and do not include electric in the price:
Weekly rate: Include all utilities and internet/streaming cable TV included.
Daily rate: (2-night min.) all utilities and internet/streaming cable TV included.
Future/Past guest RV/Trailer parking ONLY: $75/mo. (pre-approval required)
Rates accommodate two adults and two children. Extra child rate is $15 per child
High Speed Business Class Internet with Streaming Cable TV - $35/mo. flat fee
Custom built 10x10 storage shed for an extra $95/month. Please note, back-to-back sites may not accommodate a storage unit.
Convenient and CLEAN RV Park with spacious sites (Deluxe sites approx. 2,700 sq. ft.) oak tree sites in a country setting with tranquile pond. Full hook-ups (50 amp electric, sewage and water.) Air Conditioned laundry facilities. High Speed Internet, and streaming cable television for a small monthly fee. Community pavillion for gatherings and residents' special events available (coming Fall 2024).

RV rigs must be in good condition and not older than ten (10) years. Older rigs/vintage must submit 4 pictures (front/back, left/right) and are subject to PRE-APPROVAL.
We reserve the right to perform background checks and can refuse service to anyone.

Hola! Hello! Thank you for visiting our site, we hope you will come and join us in beautiful Bastrop, Texas. We appreciate your patience as we add amenities. Completion of amenities is scheduled for the Fall of 2024.
We aim for you to have a pleasant stay at our RV Park, so if you have any questions, we welcome the opportunity to serve you.
Note:
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/or condition.
- Any rig over 10 years must be approved by management.
- Rates include 2 adults/2 children. Additional guests are $15/month
Outdoors, dogs must be on hand-held leash at all times
30 lb. limit for dogs - Two pets maximum per household.
NO pit bulls, dobermans, rottweilers, mastiffs, German shepherds (or aggressive dog breeds, including mixed with these breeds) or excessive barking
Please clean up after your pet
Absolutely NO fireworks
No open flames/burning, unless using a fire pit/grill
Quiet Hours 9:30 pm - 8:00 am
Outdoor structures and set ups must be pre-approved

If you have a month-to-month reservation and you do not check-in on the first day of your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund. For guests that have made a nightly or weekly reservations, If you cancel 72 hours in advance or more, you are entitled to a refund minus a small cancellation fee of $25.00 - All sites will accommodate up to two adults/2 children. Extra guests fee is $15/guest.
Once the booking of your reservation is accepted, Bellamont will charge your credit card the total cost of your stay. Reservation cannot be changed or transferred. If your reservation is not accepted, your credit card will not be charged.
The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the park to the customer at checkout. These charges may be extra parking, additional storage, etc. and are not included in your reservation price.
